Located 50 metres from the centre of the seaside Afisos village, the family-run Kouvlaki Effie's Place in Afissos offers self-catered apartments surrounded by flower gardens. Free parking is available nearby. Kouvlaki apartments are traditionally decorated and include a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and refrigerator. We really loved the owner, she was available all the time, always making sure we had everything we needed and more. The place was exceptionally clean, had all the necessities. Has air conditioning which was essential. Beds were comfortable, the place was quiet and cozy. The owner left cold water in the fridge and a sweet treat for each of us, really lovely. Really close to the beach and restaurants as well. Would recommend booking this 100%.

It was close to the waterfront and the center sqare of Afissos .The room was spotlessly clean and in a quiet location. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the kitchen was partly simple but completely adequately furnished and we had a private parking space near the accommodation(60 meters)

Location was perfect, very close to the restaurant, beach, supermarket (2 min walking distance). Garden is beautiful and private terrasse much appriciated. Private parking is really handy in the narrow streets of Afissos. The host was very attentive to details, speaks french, english... and taught us a few greek words.

Title: Heaven on earth We want to express our gratitude for having the chance to spent two weeks in this wonderful place! When we arrived we were greeted with a warm attitude and assistance from Effie. The house is one of the cleanest places I have ever visited even compared to a 5* hotels I’ve been to. In the kitchen We found everything we need to cook, there were cups, glasses and plates for everything you want. It was such a delightful experience! We booked 10 days but we loved it so much that we stayed few extra days! The garden, the room, the bathroom were shining and it felt like home far away from home! Cannot wait to visit this heaven next summer and stay there for a longer period! If you want to spend time in a clean, warm place with amazing hosts - this is your place! Thank you Effie for all the tips, all the warm conversations and for making this wonderful house a little peace of heaven in Afissos! Cannot wait to visit again next summer!

The location is nice, just a minute from the village center and the sea coast. Very kind and hospitable studio owner. Great nature all around Pelion and Magnesia peninsula.
