Excellent small hotel to visit Adrspach and Teplica rocks. It has everything you need, excellent breakfast and restaurant. Very kind and helpful staff.

I highly recommend this hotel for its special atmosphere. The staff was wonderful and made us feel truly at home. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the room was very clean.

A very large, comfortable room with comfortable beds, free parking, and free billiards. We loved it! And the Adršpach cliffs with their lakes and trails beneath them are incredibly beautiful!

We booked one night at this place hoping to enjoy some peace and quiet in nature. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. A group of drunk guests were screaming, laughing, and even fighting until around 2:30 AM. No one from the hotel staff intervened—not during the night, and not even the next morning when we reported what happened at the reception. The staff didn’t seem surprised or concerned, which makes me think this kind of behavior might be considered “normal” there. When we checked in, we were told the restaurant closed at 8 PM. However, the same group that kept us awake was allowed to stay there drinking until at least 11 PM. Afterwards, they moved to a small lounge area right in front of our room and continued their party well into the night. Apparently, if we had wanted to get drunk and disturb everyone, we would have been “authorised” to stay late as well. In short, our night was completely ruined. Honestly, I would have slept just as well in the Berlin main train station—at least that would have been free.

Beautiful place, great service, and a European breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located between the entrance to the Teplice and Adrspach rocks. The hotel has a restaurant. There aren't shops around, so it's better to bring snacks with you

An awesome quiet place with a nice host, a tasty breakfast and a spacious parking. No aircon but it’s cool in the room, no elevator but it’s not a big deal for us. Totally loved it! Important note: if you copypaste the address to Google maps, you can get it wrong. It’s not Dolní Adršpach 1/1, it’s Dolní Adršpach 1. Use ‘get directions’ option in the booking app.

Great localization (4 minutes from Aszparskie skaly), very nice and helpful personnel, very good breakfast. The restaurant in general is very good. Room was very clean and comfortable. Wifi working perfectly.
