Excellent accomodation with small but well equipped kitchen. The camp bed in the bedroom was extremely helpful and suited my son perfectly.

“Superb Little Retreat”

Fabulous clean cosy retreat

The hosts went over and above to make me and my two children feel welcome and comfortable. There was lots of little treats and festive cheer.

Our second time stopping at this property as it is ideally placed for visiting Lyme, Tatton Park, Quarry Bank, and Dunham Massey. Secure gated parking, lovely kitchenette with all you need for a weekend break, milk, orange juice, bread and butter, and jams provided.. Excellent luxury shower room with soap, body wash and shampoo provided, and bedroom with one of the most comfortable beds we have come across in our travels. Just across the road is a path that takes you up to the Middlewood Way, which is an old railway track turned into a walking and cycling path. We enjoyed lovely walks along there to the Windmill Pub and Bollington town.

I liked the space, the comfortable bed, the shower, the extra supplies, the ease of parking, the location and the connection with the host.

We were able to breakfast and have a lovely morning walk to the canal while our son slept in.

Whole place was lovely. Really clean. Nice extras such as a fresh loaf of bread on arrival with butter, preserves, fresh juice for breakfast. Lots of coffee and tea and fresh milk and even chocolates! Linen and towels were spotless and high quality. Bed and bedding high quality. Lovely setting with lawns and electric gates. Host was a lovely lady. Really friendly and helpful.

Location was exactly what we wanted. Hosts were very pleasant and accomodation was very clean, well equipped and comfortable.
