“Top villa for a group staying in Crete”

The pool area is amazing with all the services needed and the option to water the pool improved a lot our experience. The host provide good advice on food and locations to visit.

“A perfect holiday in pretty surroundings! Loves the pool and the new bbq area”

The villa and its surroundings where in good condition and really functioning. The new bbq area by the pool was perfect and we did spend most of the time there, cooking both lunch and dinners. The pool and the villa was clean and had good cookingequipments even for 12 persons. The owners where really guestfriendly and helpful from start to finish. Our smaller kids really enjoyed the playground area and the pool that was suitable even for the smallest family members

We were a family of 4 with children aged 7 and 9. We hired the 4 bedroom Villa and stayed for 10 days, the cleaner came once in the time we were there. The location was good because it is quiet with beautiful scenery but only a mile from the nearest town. You will need a car to stay here. The nearest beach is stoney and pebbly so not great for kids, but we drove to nicer beaches nearer to Rethymno and the Episkopi stretch of beach (west of Rethymno) which was huge and very clean. Rethymno old town is a 10-15 min drive away and is lovely. We also drove to Chania, Elofoniski, Arkadi monastery and some caves in the mountains which were all worth a visit. I would recommend Poliou House traditional taverna/restaurant and Beach bar Roulis for brunch. There is also a lovely little coffee shop attached to the petrol garage which is 2 mins walk up the road where we got takeaway cappuccinos amd pastries most days. The pool was amazing, super clean and we pretty much had it to ourselves most days. Comfy loungers and pool towels provided which was appreciated. The gardens are well maintained and there was good communication with Manousos (although we didn’t meet him) and his brother Nikos who came by the villa a few times to help with a few little problems.

The location was fantastic, peaceful but not far from town, if you fancied a walk.

“Absolutely perfect for families”

Everything was amazing. Our flight was heavily delayed, and Nikos waited for us at 3.30AM(!!!) to help us in with a great smile and unbelivable patience given the time he waited for us and the late hour. We were a full family of 11 people, including children, and it was absolutely perfect. Highly highly recommended.

Host was amazing and accommodating, met us at the villa to hand over keys was really simple. Couldn’t do enough for us the whole week villa was clean everything looked brand new, pool was perfect location was good wifi was amazing. Gave us a leaving gift of olive oil from the olive trees outside would definitely return

The villa was styled very nicely. The pool was great. The host was a star. He was always available to help. Location was nicely positioned on the island to get to local and many further afield locations.

Perfect property for the perfect holiday. All you need (supermarket, bakery, restaurants) is within 10mins drive. The vila is surrounded by olive trees, every morning we were awake by the sound of birds. The pool is huge! We loved it so much that we extended our stay. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly host, and got a bottle of local producced olive oil. He also sent us some tips about the city, supermarket, shops, and restaurants. It's a true beatiful yet relaxing place to stay.

Excellent villa for holidays! Everything was perfect - clean and cozy place for vacation. We enjoyed staying there to the fullest. Big terrace were to have breakfast, lunch with a superb view on mountains. Super cozy sofa for evenings, big living area, equiped kitchen with all you need, if someting was needed - owner delivered it. Outside excellent pool area, very nice olive garden around the house and the pool. As the villa was further away from the sea, we liked that there wasn't the strong cold wind, which was at the seaside. We also received a welcome gift - olive oil - which was from the olive trees grown in the garden. We were only guests in all the villa teritory, as second villa was not booked. We definately would like to stay there again!
