“Exquisitely amazing stay in Crete”

I loved the facilities, the room and the people of the hotel. It was a genuinely excellent combination for our stay in Crete. A quick forgetful getaway.

“Relaxing late october stay - amazing design”

The hotel is located in a rather unsuitable area. One side of the building faces a main road with constant noise. Parking is very inconvenient – guests have to park under a bridge next to garbage bins, which is not appropriate for the hotel’s price category. Unfortunately, the staff do not come across as professional or welcoming, but rather tired and indifferent. The overall impression feels insincere and does not match the standards one would expect in this price range.

“Perfect Honeymoon”

The hotel is gorgeous, the staff are so amazing and thoughtful. We did all inclusive and the drinks and food were delicious! Thank you for making our honeymoon spectacular.

“Magical hotel”

We stayed at you hotel in the recommendation of our daughter and it didn't disappoint. Food was out of this world and catered for all dietary requirements. Staff were so friendly it was home from home plus a lot of luxury.

We had the best experience at The syntopia, blown away about the service, soooo good food, drinks, room and hospitality. The Syntopia is really the hotel to go to if you want a relaxing and luxury experience. Big thanks to Michael in the reception for taking such good care of us and made us keep our room full day for our late departure, really recommend to take the all inclusive part, then you will have the big range of drinks during the full day and the food was way over all our expecations. Also Harah from the pool service who always had a smile on her face and kept us hydrated by the pool every day. Rooms are also very high designed with inspiring interior. Highly recommend to book this hotel, we will defintely come back! Thank you, Frida & Olof

“Perfection”

Fantastic location. Staff were incredible. The 3 pools and outdoor sun beds were amazing. Rooftop pool and bar were perfect in the day and evening for a sun set drink. Rooms and Beds / Cocktails / Evening entertainment and buffet were amazing , something different everyday. Highly recommend!!

“A not-to-be-missed experience in Crete!”

The Syntopia exceeded all of our expectations – the hotel was just gorgeous, with all the details carefully curated. We absolutely loved the "overwater" sunbeds by the pool and the fantastic relaxed vibes. Our room was enormous and beautiful, and the staff were exceptionally kind. It's rare to hear such in depth and helpful description of the hotel facilities at check-in, the front desk team were all highly informative and kind. Their recommendations for Rethymno were also spot on! The breakfast was also one of the best I have ever had, even the simple things were seasoned to perfection and the choice was huge. It truly is a gem of a hotel and we will definitely be back!

I would like to especially mention the staff who make every guest feel like a VIP, also the food that was very delicious and of high quality throughout all our stay (food assortment was huge), and of course, the design of the hotel. We stayed at the Syntopia for 4 nights, and it was amazing. Pool: The main pool design is beautiful, and we had the best time just staying there. Service: 10/10 for all personnel. The pool bar have waiters moving around the guests all the time and asks what to bring with a smile. The reception team are very nice, special thanks to Lia for her exceptional hospitality since we checked in until we left.

“Luxury but beware of traffic”

This hotel is definitely a luxury stay. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and exceptionally attentive. There is plenty of food variety, freshly grilled meat and fish were the best options in our opinion. The new rooftop pool addition is fantastic, was our favourite pool! If you do decide to stay here be sure to get a full body massage from Jania!! Her massage technique is so unique and in itself worth coming back for!

“We loved our stay at the hotel”

The hotel is beautiful and designed to make you feel your vacation in your veins. The room was cleaned daily and the food is good. The main pool is big and clean and the two other pools are nice as well. The workers was kind and always smiling and willing to help. We enjoyed our time at the hotel very much.

The nicest staff we ever had at a hotel. From the concierge, to the pool waitress, to the lady at the kanteen. All super friendly. Everything is clean and maintained and designed beautifully. One of the best hotels we've been to.

“Amazing hotel!”

Amazing hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Always asking if we need something or if everything is okay. There was plenty of options at breakast, lunch and dinner and food quality was top notch! Rooms were clean and beautiful. Bed was great! Slept so well my whole stay there. Whole hotel had unique atmosphere and decor. Beach close in walking distance. We will be back here for sure!

“The most relaxing and luxurious stay”

The hotel is beautiful. It really does take you to your own little paradise. Everything is easy to find and there’s plenty of great facilities. The hotel rooms were a great size and had everything you needed including a free minibar. Towels for the pool were available, the sunbeds were beautiful overlooking the pools (there are three beautiful pools!). The restaurant serves amazing food and the staff were so amazing and friendly
