The resort is very elegant. Big enough to distribute people, but also everything is central and easy to reach. The staff very polite and professional. The restaurants had delicious food and service. The bars amazing cocktails.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We especially loved the pool and beach areas, and the cleanliness of the outdoor spaces was impeccable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated having a choice of different restaurants. The food and drinks were great, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. There was a singer performing every evening at the White Terrace, which provided enjoyable entertainment. We also found the hotel to be very child-friendly, and we will most likely return in the future with our child. Another thing we appreciated was how quiet it was at night in the area where our room was located.

The buffet was very nice with lots of choice. A reasonable selection of all inclusive drinks, and nice beachfront location. The ‘farm dinner’ option was really great, as was the poolside service. The spa was also great, but very expensive (c. $140 for a 60 minute treatment)

“Excellent high end family hotel”

The staff are all so attentive, very helpful and welcoming ensuring that guests are well catered for. They are especially welcoming to children. Particular thanks to Charlotte the sommelier who gave us excellent customer service from the wine library, she was very knowledgeable and passionate and her recommendations enhanced our dining experiences. The facilities are all high quality and clean, food across the hotel was consistently superb and the a la carte options are all great. The Agrecofarm is a must - and the fact it is included (besides a small Transport fee) makes the hotel a standout. Beds were also very comfortable and the Nesprsso machine and daily topped up mini bar was a nice touch.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The food was superb — we made the most of the all-inclusive offering and were impressed by the quality and variety. A special thank you as well for accommodating our request for a late check-out, especially since it was still the start of the season. One of the highlights was definitely the heated pool, which made our April stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also helped arrange our visit to Agreco Farm (transport available for a fee), and we’re so grateful for their flexibility in allowing us to pay by card when we didn’t have cash. The experience at the farm was unforgettable — from the delicious Cretan cuisine to the breathtaking, picture-perfect views. We especially loved learning about traditional Cretan farming and olive production, and our little girl had a wonderful time seeing the animals. Guest services were excellent — being able to message them via WhatsApp made everything so convenient. Truly 5-star service. 👌 The airport transfer (also for a fee) was well organized, making our arrival and departure smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We only wish we could have stayed longer and would absolutely love to come back. 😊

Every member of staff made us feel welcome and were genuinely and sincerely interested in making sure we were happy. They accommodated every request - of which there were a few as we had a baby with us. The space available is brilliant and despite being full, it never felt too busy

Amazing main pool, in October it was heated to very comfortable temperature. Hotel straight on the beach, lots of space on the beach and terrace above. Great service and very friendly staff. Really good food, best buffet restaurant ever. Also good options for vegetarians and vegan options. Al la carte also good especially wonderful Agreco farm for Greek food and Asia white for sushi. Other guests high class, respectful, quiet, making buffet dinners and spending time a the pool a pleasure even if full. The whole resort is very child friendly as well, great for families with kids. We had family room with sea view which was amazing to wake up to views of the sea and horizon. Free parking, very easy, plenty of space across the street from the hotel.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel - would recommend to anyone to stay here. Views, service, quality all 10/10
