“Beautiful, thoughtful, peaceful hotel with excellent hospitality.”
I was made to feel at home immediately! The hotel is really lovely, really big room with everything I needed, great hairdryer, lovely Clarins products very generously supplied, the food was excellent and I loved sitting out on the terrace to eat. The pool and gardens were beautiful and quiet. Honestly it was just what I needed for a peaceful, relaxing and incredibly comfortable stay.

excellent hotel great location staff could not do anymore to help. breakfast delicious glass bubble nice option. poolside food and drinks nice for snacks. spa was amazing so relaxing. room was extra large bed massive. sofa clean bathroom huge 2 sinks shower and bath outstanding and as for the cleanliness 10/10 would definitely come back

The location, the vibe, the service were exceptional. We were there for a birthday week and the staff surprised me with 2 birthday pieces of cake with candles and prosecco. I could not have asked for better service. Everyone was smiling and helpful. Will most likely return.

Everything is amazing! We have a fantastic, spacious room with a beautiful view of the sea and the pools (128). The entire staff is very friendly, and every part of the hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast offers everything you could possibly wish for and fully meets all expectations. I can highly recommend this hotel, and if I return to Adeje in the future, I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel grounds were attractive and well maintained, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Most staff were polite and professional, and the room was generally comfortable.

“Wonderful hotel with great staff”
The hotel is huge, very well-maintained, with nice views and spacious rooms. The bathroom is super big and fully equipped. We didn't have to pay additionally for the car-park. It was my birthday and I received a bottle a champagne, cake and macarons completely free of charge. The staff was exceptionally helpful and nice. We will definitely come back!

The best hotel experience we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Every member of the staff made us feel special with their warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness. The service was outstanding,always fast, efficient, and attentive to every detail. Nothing was too much trouble, and every request was handled promptly with a smile. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

All staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The property is very charming and has lovely decor, dining facilities with amazing views. We also had a trip to the spa on our last day which did not disappoint.we both had massages which was a great way to finish our trip. I've been to many 5 star hotels in Tenerife and this one is among the best for sure.

“Fantastic. No complaints.”
The stuff where really great.they welcomed us with friendliness and couldn't do more to ensure our staff was amazing. The facilities are outstanding. We used the spa and eat at each restaurant that they had to offer. All was fantastic. The concierege (oliver) was friendly and a great person. Then again the other staff were also. The room was great and we always had a chap on the door asking if we need anything and it was great to feel relaxed in such a warm environment. Al feugo the steakhouse they have is fantastic.

Staff were excellent throughout the stay. Room was spacious and clean and well maintained. The heated pools were a bonus as we travelled in May. A special mention to Jorge and Tony at reception who were amazing, nothing was a problem!

Very nice property- great staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Great service - selection of food options and pools. It was a very relaxing and easy holiday for me and my pregnant wife. The animation team - Francesca especially - are also great. We really enjoyed the painting class.
