Absolutely wonderful property. All properties can be made to look good in photos, but this one was genuinely so comfortable and a home from home. Beds and sofa were top quality and so comfortable. Ruth the host was excellent with really good communication. Housekeeping serice was daily through the week and they were superb, kept the property spotless. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful property.

Stunning property situated on a nice quiet side street. It’s a quick walk to the local shops and restaurants plus a 10-15 minute walk to the beaches. It is relatively hilly, if this is a concern for you, there are plenty of scooters (electric and mobility!) that you can hire. The property itself is immaculate, beautifully decorated and well-equipped. The entrance hallway is spectacular! The garden isn’t massive but the pool is the main attraction anyway. Beautiful outside space with plenty of loungers, seating areas, kitchenette and outside bathroom facilities. Air con available in bedrooms and main areas. Cleaners come daily. Ruth always on hand to answer questions and provide useful information. We hired both the top and bottom villas which worked brilliantly for 9 people. Kids couldn’t believe there was a lift! Location was great for all the local amenities, there is a taxi rank down the road. A taxi into Playa de las Americas was €10-€14, even at 3am! Great for the young adults. All in all faultless, I don’t think the photos do it justice.

Absolutely fabulous villa with all of its VV registrations in place. Very impressive private gated entrance to a villa divided into four identical two ensuite bedroom apartments. If there's only 4/5 of you, you get the bottom level apartment and a private pool - the top apartment is not let unless you book it so you do not have to share the pool. If there are more of you, you can book the upstairs too ... or the whole villa. There are two pools - one for each half of the villa (they are private - separated by a fence and shrubbery). Ruth, who manages the bookings, is great - quickly answering any queries and there for any issues you may encounter. The cleaning staff are next level - the villa is absolutely immaculate - they come in every weekday and clean it to within an inch of its life each day - incredible!! Location-wise, it's a €30\€35 ride by taxi from Tenerife South airport and about a 10/15 minute walk from Fanabe (quite an uphill walk back but very 'doable'!) with plenty of restaurants and bars very close by (there's also a play park if you have children just below the villa). There's a taxi rank 10 minutes away just up from Le Jardin de Nivaria hotel and a further one by The Duke shopping centre (less taxis there though but buses also stop here - opp where the market is every Thurs and Sat). The villa apartment we had had three AC units - one in each bedroom and one in the lounge so you can keep all areas lovely and cool. The Master bedroom is huge with an equally big ensuite with bath, shower, double sink, loo and bidet. The second bedroom is very large too with a large shower. There is a study which also has a bed suitable for a child/teenager (we put a cot in it) but it has no AC so got a bit warm without having our fans running. An additional restroom with toilet and sink adjacent to the kitchen was very handy too.

The villa was stunning. From the entrance to the garden. It's so well equipped and very clean. We loved the outside area with the lounge area and egg chair. Well kept and looked after. It's in a quiet safe area.

We had the ground floor (me, my wife and 2 kids). Rooms were spacious and beautiful, the pool and seating area was spectacular. Cleaners were very friendly, great with my children and did a brilliant job of keeping the place clean and tidy. Shops, restaurants and beaches were also close by if we wanted to venture out. What an amazing villa !!

WOW WOW WOW, after booking a family trip for 8 adults and 1 child recently. We were over the moon with the accommodation, the villa is amazing and blew us away. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, the cleaning ladies were so lovely they visited us every day, gave us new towels if needed, and cleaned and tidied the villa. The beds - oh my goodness they were the most comfortable beds we have ever stayed in. The pillows were like clouds. The pool and outside area was fabulous. Really made the most memorable trip for us!

“Perfect Family holiday”

The villa was everything we hoped for, spotless and cleaned constantly, great location close to beach and restaurants and had all the facilities you need to have a fabulous holiday. The layout which initially seemed kind of strange with upstairs and downstairs being behind separate doors actually worked really well for us. We will definitely return to this villa this is the best of about 10 villas we have used in Tenerife in the past.
