Surrounded by gardens, this all-inclusive resort offers 4 outdoor pools, 2 for adults and 2 for children. Rooms feature a private balcony or terrace. Beautiful grounds, the main pool was a fantastic temperature and splash pool, a little cooler but still great. Food was delicious and lots of options with changes every day as well as the usual and different themes at dinner each night, my favourite was definitely the mrc Mexican night . I loved how they had one stall holder open up in front of the restaurant selling a variety with one having clothes, one jewellery and another with kids trinkets. Extremely family friendly, really clean and massive rooms with a huge balcony which came with a retractable clothes rack that was so handy for swimsuits. our flight was leaving late so after check out we could still use all the facilities and were able to book the courtesy room free of charge to get changed and shower.

Fantastic staff, very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Big shout out to Jorge. Super welcoming and friendly. Wonderful customer service by all. Buffet was phenomenal. So much variety. I liked that there are chefs cooking fresh food in front of you. We could not have wanted more.

“Lovely hotel”
Lovely hotel receptionists are really friendly and helpful the rooms are comfortable and clean. No issues with the food there was 11 of us staying and everyone was happy even the fussy kids had plenty to choose from. Always plenty of snacks at the pool bar. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely go back.

We loved all the facilities, the swimming pools were great, specially the spash zone for kids. The food was also very good with a wide variety of different dishes. The rooms were big, especially the living rooms.

We had an excellent stay – perfect for families! The staff were absolutely amazing and made us feel so welcome. There were loads of fun activities around the pool that kept my sons entertained all day – they especially loved the inflatables, water polo, ping pong competitions, and football. The food was also great, with something different every night, so there was always variety. All in all, a brilliant family hotel that I’d definitely recommend – we’d love to go back!

“Child friendly and fun!”
We spent a week with our four year old daughter who had the best holiday! The hotel staff are amazing especially the animateurs, Stefano and the whole team go above and beyond everyday to entertain everyone and create happy and positive atmosphere for everyone! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back! The hotel is so child friendly down to the children’s plates and cups in the restaurant to the children’s pool area and kids club. The only negative point we would have about the hotel would be some of the hotel might need a slight refresh ( rooms / plates delf / pool and hotel room towels)
