Royal Garden became a special place for us after we got engaged in one of the villas. It was an amazing experience with special decorations and service for the engagement time and we had a wonderful and private experience, where we could enjoy alone as a couple. The staff was very friendly in all the moments we had in the common areas. We loved our time in Royal Garden and we will definitely go back one day.

We overall enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be very peaceful and private. The villa-style layout means low guest density, which makes the stay very comfortable. Although the location is a little away from the city centre, this also adds to the sense of privacy. Breakfast was very good. While the selection was not as extensive as some similar-level hotels, the made-to-order egg service was excellent. The lady at breakfast was especially professional, friendly, and always smiling. We did experience an issue with the private pool boiler in Villa Eden which is a 2 bedroom villa. The boiler was located next to the master bedroom and was quite noisy at night, which affected my sleep. There was also a technical problem with the boiler, so the pool temperature was too cold to use for 4 days out of our 6 day ( 5 nights) stay. Fortunately, the spa centre was just opposite our villa and we enjoyed using its facilities daily. On our last night, we were kindly upgraded to Villa Coroal with a perfectly heated pool and offered a late check-out as a thoughtful gesture to compensate for the boiler issue. We appreciated the hotel’s efforts and overall had a pleasant stay.

Second time coming back to this lovely place and it’s my favourite in Tenerife. Very luxurious, nice setting in the hills, very relaxing. Fiona the manager is great and this is a very well-run hotel with great attention to detail.
