arrived to find the pool out of service without being informed before or on arrival. had some unsavoury guests that they did not keep under control. they were fighting by the only small pool open and despite being extremely drunk were still served alcohol till late evening where after headbutting a young boy in the day proceeded to smash a glass over someone's head later that night. these guests were still allowed to stay at the hotel and served drinks.

Spacious clean apartments with outside terrace. Lovely complex which was well looked after. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Ana on reception was really helpful. We decided to stay on an extra night but was having trouble booking and she went over and above to help us which was appreciated. Monica was also very welcoming and friendly. There was an incident at reception with a drunk guest who arrived and was shouting and violent. Monica dealt with the matter very professionally and calmed the situation. The guest was angry because one of the pools were out of use due to a fault and being maintained. This was outwith the staffs control and definitely didn’t deserve to be treated with such disrespect. There has been entertainment every evening since we arrived which has been good. The location of the property is great just a short walk to Fanabe beachfront.

The location was great short walk to the beaches. Majority of the staff were friendly, shout out to Jonathan and the male receptionist, they went an extra mile. Although the hotel had music during lunch and after dinner, its was a quiet hotel. We had fully inclusive, was standard meals a variety of hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit and selection of desserts and on the tap beer and wine with a featured cocktail of the day, coffee machine, water ans juices. We were fortunate to get our roomed cleaned often, so appreciate that. Being a large building, we were issues a map of the place and the amenities which is great. The shower was good going and shower gel provided and plenty of towels to be used. They did offer paid service for towels for the pool, washing machine and dryer. Had a luggage room and gym (did not use l, so cant review). The hotel had a small gaming room which was great if you had kids as well as an adult was just as great. TV available amd a selection of different international channels. Taxi service available with reception and security available for the evenings and you could come and go as you pleased ( room key needed to get in). Overall was a great stay.

Our room was clean, comfortable but quite dated! The restaurant was always clean and plenty to choose from although the food wasn't always very hot

The upkeep of facilities & grounds was excellent, the staff friendly & efficient, & the food although basic was good.

The nightly entertainment held in small area outside all rooms, was very loud, speakers from 7-8pm to 11pm, was nightmare. Like having disco music in your room, no escape, very stressful, unable to relax after day in sun. Midday nap or lounge by pool impossible as daily entertainment around small pool also very loud , speakers. Went to beach every day to escape! Wore earplugs in room in evening but didn’t drown out entertainers, Karoke etc….

The animation people very nice. Aron and Marko was lovely.location very good .

Great experience at this hotel, very friendly staff, very clean, close to the sea, shops & restaurants. Airport is only 15 minutes by taxi and under €35.

Stunning private roof terrace and the most wonderful, happy and helpful staff! Especially Dioce on reception and Sara in the restaurant!
