Located on Duque Beach, Gran Tacande Wellness & Relax Costa Adeje overlooks the island of La Gomera. Set around 2 outdoor swimming pools, this luxurious hotel offers a spa and rooms with balconies. The Gran Tacande has bright, attractive décor and spacious rooms. with views of the surrounding mountains or the hotel gardens. Some also have sea views. My room was very spacey with the bathtub ... next to the bed. There were all complimentary products in the room except of the shampoo (but conditioner was provided ;-)). There was also a cute cotton complimentary bag that i still enjoy. The restaurant was good and pool facilities too.

When I checked in, I was told that I could leave my car in the garage and that whenever I needed it, I could simply call the lobby and the car would be brought to the entrance within 10 minutes, regardless of the time. However, at 7:30 in the morning before the breakfast , when I needed to leave for the airport, I asked at the lobby if my car could be delivered to the entrance. I was told that no staff were available at that time and that I had to go to the garage myself. I don’t mind picking up the car on my own, but it was disappointing because at check-in I was promised this service would be available at any time. As a result, I had to rush to make it to my flight.
