We were very pleasantly surprised. Thanks to the administrators, they found a wonderful room with a view of the pool and partly of the ocean. The room is wonderful, always clean. Breakfasts are varied. We also decided to have dinner at the hotel every evening, the variety of seafood and delicious dishes was amazing. Everyone was very nice and polite. The spa is simply incredible, the massage is simply one of the best in life. Our first trip to Tenerife and I made the right choice of hotel. I want to return to this hotel again and again

Staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful, it really stood out to us. The location was amazing pool area had a gate which leads right out onto the promenade. Restaurants in the hotel are fabulous we ate at the barefoot grill several times for lunch and it was amazing each time, we ate at the Babbo Steakhouse which was all delicious. No hassle at the pool area with sun beds, great towel concierge service plenty of beds and fabulous big pool. Rooms cleaned very well every day and loved the little details like the flower in the bathroom being changed every few days :)

Everything was perfect. Gorgeous sunset bar, clean rooms, very kind staff and at good location. Breakfast is lovely too!

Fabulous outdoor gym overlooking the sea and stretch and yoga classes outside in morning. During the day the gym had air conditioning. Fabulous location. Brilliant breakfast. Staff lovely.
