There were cockroaches, and they charged us 10 euros per bed for bed linens, which were neither nice nor white. They gave us something in Spanish to sign (which, as it turned out later, was an agreement stating that losing the key would cost 250 euros). They didn’t allow us to check in until we paid a 500-euro deposit. If you want to lose 500 euros or endure a long and tedious process to get it back, this is the place for you.

be aware of location, property advertised as Costa adeje, it’s in a remote location near playa paraiso regardless what the host says, the location of the apartment was so far out from anything we left within 24 hrs of arrival. the host was also very intimidating trying to get force a 500 euro deposit, even though my booking.com confirmation said 200. he refused to leave causing myself and children a lot of upset, after some time he did accept the 200 euro deposit which we are still waiting to get back. also pool is definitely not heated. would encourage anyone looking to book this property, to look into the actual location apparently the full area is adeje but they clearly advertise as Costa adeje. this apartment is 20 minutes from Costa adeje (20 euro taxi).
