“Lovely private family villa.”

The villa was perfect. Plenty of room and facilities were superb. We enjoyed then gold and the table tennis. Bbq area was fab. The mini supermarket was a 5 min walk down the road. Swimming area was great and beds comfy with lounger cushions. The bedrooms inside with roomy and comfortable. Our host Jamie went over and above what hosts normally do. He was always contactable and very helpful.

“A fabulous and fun villa: great for a group or family”

A spacious villa with everything you could want and more. The pool is surprisingly big with great sea views and heated well (fine for February swimming). Very safe for kids with high walls all around and a fab location with a shop walking distance and a 10min drive to Siam mall and down to the posh beaches of Adeje.

Facilities and size of the property were fantastic, Jamie was very helpful and responded promptly to any requests and even helped with the request for a cot.

Spacious accommodation, easily housed 4 adults and 4 kids. Host was extremely accommodating.

Everything was excellent! the location, the villa, and the view from the bedroom. There is everything you need. Since we’re active people, we also made use of the small outdoor gym. And other activities like table tennis. We loved that the pool was private, just for us. We enjoyed our stay 100%. Everything was perfect. We will come back next time!

Great property with many different seating areas. Fab pool, much needed. The teenage boys loved the putting, weights and ping pong. It’s away from the madness of Costa Adjeje but close enough for quick outings.

Amazing Villa – Even Better Than the Photos! We had a fantastic stay at this villa! The large pool was even better than expected—the photos don’t do it justice. Having an outdoor shower and toilet was really convenient, and the spacious outside area was perfect for relaxing. The ping pong table was a great touch and kept everyone entertained. Inside, the villa was just as impressive. The rooms were super comfy, and the master bedroom’s balcony was absolutely gorgeous. There was loads of wardrobe space, which was really handy, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was great too, with a corner shop less than a minute’s walk away for any essentials. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for more—we would definitely return! On top of everything, Jamie, our host, was really accommodating, helping us with table reservations and making sure we had everything we needed.

Amazing stay in private villa with swimming pool. Evething you need for private vacation! Super spacious. Very clean! Large terrace around, big and clean swimming pool, plenty of sunbeds. Very sunny garden, sunshine practically whole day. Barbecue! Safe stay as locked well. Street Free Parking or parking in a garage. Ping Pong was very handy and fun! Welcome pack was nice! “Just Amazing 😍”

The Beautiful Villa Amorio was immaculate, situated in a quiet residential area of Roque del Conde. Very tastefully decorated with loads of space indoors and outdoors. The living room has a large TV and comfy sofas and a large beautiful glass table, which we never used as we always, ate outside because of the lovely weather. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of room for food storage and also a large fridge freezer, microwave oven, and electric hob, which was great for us because we made our own meals most of the time. There was a small shop about 5 minutes down the hill and a larger supermarket and shopping mall just 5 minutes away in a taxi, which only cost about 5 or 6 euros in a local taxi. The bedrooms had lots of wardrobe and drawer storage and coat hangers. The main bedroom has an ensuite with a bath and shower and a larger shared bathroom for the other rooms. The other shower is outside, but it is a perfect addition if everyone is getting ready at the same time. We also found the beds very comfortable. Fantastic outdoor areas for quiet reading or just getting the whole family together for a meal. The BBQ was brilliant, it also had table tennis and a putting area, which were very enjoyable for all ages of the family. The views from the pool area and balcony off the main bedroom were breathtaking at sunset, great for taking photos. My son had some pre- wedding photos taken here. The laundry room was brilliant for just freshing up a few items if needed, and it has an iron and ironing board. The pool was amazing and immaculately clean, a good size, with plenty of space for everyone. It was cleaned during our stay. There is an outside shower by the pool and a shower room, and toilet just down the steps. It is very useful for changing out of swimwear so you don't have to drip water onto the indoor titles.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this stunning villa in Costa Adeje. The property is incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for our large group to relax and enjoy. The outdoor area is truly a highlight—immaculately maintained with a large, clean pool that we spent hours in every day. The villa is equipped with a wide range of facilities, making our stay comfortable and convenient. Whether we were cooking a meal together in the fully-stocked kitchen, lounging by the pool, or enjoying the beautiful garden, there was always something to do. The attention to detail in maintaining the property’s cleanliness was also greatly appreciated. Our host was exceptional—always responsive, helpful, and keen to ensure our stay was perfect. Their recommendations and prompt communication made everything seamless from start to finish.

Villa Amorio was a wonderful place to stay! The owner was there to greet us on arrival, and he was very friendly and welcoming - a great start to our holiday. The view is lovely, the villa is up a hill so it overlooks the coastline of Tenerife. All the bedrooms were clean upon arrival, and the beds were comfortable. There was also a lot to do at the villa - including table tennis and swimming in the pool. I’d recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in Tenerife.
