“A lovely week away.”
A lovely resort although needs updating (especially the rooms). It was exceptionally clean and most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

“It was a lovely trip due to the weather and friendly waiting staff. Could get very crowded and cattle mart like at lunch”
Overall a very pleasant trip. Spa and gym were exceptional. Apart from Ursula the reception staff were very curt and did not share any information willingly so it was difficult to find out what was going on or how to access things.

“👉 Very good all-inclusive food with decent facilities, though some details need attention.”
I stayed at the hotel for one week on an all-inclusive basis. The food was excellent: very varied every day, always fresh and tasty, with constant refilling. The quality of the meals was outstanding. The housekeeping staff were always kind and helpful. The gym was relatively well equipped and suitable for basic workouts.

“It’s like that resort from the Acapulco series ❤️”
The all inclusive stay is tops, check-in and forget about bills till you come again. The pools are wonderful and the infinity pool makes for great pics especially at sunset. The staff was friendly but the language barrier plays a part in some misunderstandings.
