We really liked the location of the hotel. The room was very spacious and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the terrace. We also used the tennis courts multiple times and there was never a queue, which was a big plus for us. Most of the staff members were very nice, especially in the restaurant, where the team was attentive and served drinks very quickly. The swimming pools were also great, especially because one was warm and the other one very refreshing. We also liked that the hotel has direct stairs access to the small beach nearby, although we think it would be even nicer if there were some more organised facilities around that area.

Excellent quality/price ratio, highly professional staff, polyglot. Sea view from the room was wow. Clean rooms, balcony and swimming pool. Large choice of food at the buffet. Easy to park your car. 100% recommend this Hotel !

Beautiful hotel meticulously clean and very well staffed. Special shout out to Hayley at the pool bar and the tennis coach (I’ve forgotten his name sorry) but he was excellent!!

“Lovely family-friendly holiday”

There is an enormous amount of effort by everyone to support this very complicated operation. Staff, from senior managers down to cleaners and gardeners, were all very friendly and if there was a mistake, the staff would sort it out immediately without making you feel like a person with unreasonable demands. The animation team was fantastic with excellent energy all day, every day! It seems that most staff that work there really like it. I actually saw someone fixing the table cloth in the restaurant with a huge smile on his face. Of course, I don't know the details, but most staff in the hotel appear to feel really proud and love the job they do. We were trying to find the mini club for kids and we asked a cleaner where it was. She immediately left the task she was doing and she escorted us to the mini club location which was in the other side of the hotel complex. A wide selection of food for all tastes, we put on a few pounds as we wanted to try everything!

Our third visit to this exceptional hotel and it did not disappoint. After liaising with staff prior to arrival we were beyond delighted with our room and a little fizzy welcome gift. As a vegan I can honestly say the food is amazing and there is a fantastic choice. Looking forward to visiting again next year!

The room was really big and nice, The sea view was awesome, The bathroom was also very big and we also had a storage box to put our belongings.

I would like to start by saying that this is not a 5-star hotel — at best, it deserves 4 stars. Before arrival, I tried to reserve dinner through messages on Booking for the hotel’s two restaurants, but I was told that reservations could only be made upon check-in. Once we arrived, there was no availability at all for dinner during the first few days. Only after speaking with the manager, Sara — who was very kind and helpful — were we able to secure two reservations for the remaining four nights. At reception, guests are placed on a “waiting list” for the restaurants, but in our experience this list does not seem to be effective. It either never reaches the restaurant management or simply does not result in actual reservations. In practice, this pushes guests toward the buffet rather than the à la carte restaurants. For a half-board stay, I find it unreasonable to have to pay for water at dinner. Additionally, the pool was not heated for two days, which was disappointing. There was no minibar in the room, and we received only one bottle of still water upon arrival — nothing afterward. We have been traveling for over 20 years, and even in 3-star hotels, basic amenities like daily water are usually provided. On a positive note, Marina from housekeeping did an excellent job — the room was cleaned impeccably. The buffet food is good, but not exceptional. However, the food at the two à la carte restaurants (Italian and Spanish) is excellent. That said, the reservation system makes it unnecessarily difficult to dine there.
