“Very much looking forward to returning to this hotel”

This is my second time to stay in this hotel, and hopefully not my last. The staff are the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. The hotel is spotless and our room was really nice. The food at breakfast was all you could want and the pool was gorgeous, a super temperature and spotless also. The service at the pool might have been made easier if you could scan a QR code at your sunbeds so as to be able to order drinks/food etc but there was always a staff member passing by regularly so this wasn't an issue.

Location central to Adeje, lovelly long promenade to walk along outside hotel. The hotal was fantastic, gardens and pool area excellent, food nice, couldn't really fault it

The hotel is exceptional in many aspects. It’s impeccably clean; the hotel grounds are superbly maintained; the service is super-attentive; the food options are delicious. The rooms are spacious and quiet. Highly recommend; will return again.

Amazing hotel. Definitely number 1 in Tenerife. Great food very competitively priced. 5* service and comfort. Really pleasant enjoyable entertainment. Best of all is the staff who go out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our holiday. We will definitely be back.

The location was excellent, on the edge of the strip and close to lovely walks and beaches. Poolside in the hotel was plenty of space with a large heated pool and unheated pool. I liked the fact that there was no background music. The staff both at breakfast and poolside were friendly and couldn't do anymore.

Our room was stunning. Great size and position. Very comfortable. Great selection of food choices for breakfast. Staff very polite and friendly. Pool layout was great as you didn't feel it was overly busy even when there were a lot of people in it. The facilities were exceptionally clean. Sunbeds very comfortable and always beds available. Pool staff very helpful. Waiting staff extremely polite and helpful.
