“DONT BOTHER!”
Upon arrival, decking is damaged, very dusty carpets, a single bed frame is broken in the one room, for safety we removed the mattress so children didn’t climb on and we got accused of one of my children soiling the mattress! Totally untrue, smelt like damp throughout! Paid £200 for 1 night. Trying to charge me £50 for soiled mattress luckily we took pics before and after leaving. DEFO take pics of placing a reservation, they will try and charge you more!! Very rude! Attitude is disgusting! Never again! Bedding stunk like mould, carpet rick of dust and shower was appalling. Rust everywhere
