The rooms were clean and nice. However, there was a double payment and the money was spent twice. I am angry at the employee's careless behavior. Without even admitting wrongdoing. And it wasn't resolved. What should I do with my trip to Dallas that has been ruined?

“Will not stay there again.”
The room smelled bad. It smelled like wet dog hair. Went to front desk and got an air freshner. There were five dead roaches in the bath room the first night we were there. Actually, some were still kicking when we first got there. We had to ask for fresh towels each day.
