I was scammed! I paid for 2 nights, I paid 223.74 through booking, and the next day the cleaner came and said I had to finish today. I went to the reception and showed the reservation for 2 days from 21-23 December. but they charged 123.17 from my card.. when will they refund my money? Also, when I need clean my room , I wait all day !

Breakfast was good. Nothing out of the expectation of breakfast at a hotel. Location was great. It's walking distance from a lot of great places to eat.

The neighborhood is nice. A lot of restraunts within walking distance. Overall the hotel is clean and the staff are nice.

It's been a full month since my stay and haven't recieved the deposit back for the rooms, it was $40.00 usd per room for a total of $80.00. I was traveling from Mexico so it's not like I can go back any day to talk to them, I would appreciate if someone can help me with this.

“Nice hotel and big room, but their cleaning skills need work.”
The room was soooo spacious!! We loved it. There was even a little hallway between the room and the bathroom which was very convenient. A/C worked great, Wifi worked great, breakfast was basic but ok (althoug TOO EARLY, until 9:30!!), the beds were very comfy, staff was very friendly. There are so many restaurants, places to eat nearby. I even used their laundry/dryer, this is not common at all to have at your disposal in Europe so it was wonderful to be able to get clean clothes again during a long trip away from home. Location of hotel was very easy to find for uber drivers.
