It is great but very expensive compared to the Haile that is much more beautiful, has a swimming pool, waterfall, better food and nicer decoration and more relaxing. The staff is amazing.

The staff are very welcoming, very helpful, Abeba at reception, Yasef (not sure spelling) at concierge, the restaurant team, were all courteous, friendly and helpful. The room was kept clean and tidy. The food was amazing!!! Dinner buffet was varied.
