The hotel demonstrated a high level of service quality, clearly reflected in the professionalism and friendliness of its staff, from the Front Office Manager Brook to Tibibe and the rest of the team, who successfully created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel at home. The stay was also characterized by tranquility, continuous cleanliness, and spacious, comfortable rooms that meet the requirements of both short and extended stays. The hotel is further commended for providing airport pick-up and drop-off services, reflecting a deep understanding of guests’ needs and a strong commitment to delivering a comprehensive hospitality experience. In terms of handling unforeseen situations, the hotel displayed notable flexibility and professionalism. When the refrigerator was not functioning, my stay was upgraded from a standard room to a larger one at no additional cost.
