The Dunraven Arms, established in 1792, is an award-winning oasis of tranquillity, surrounded by mellow thatched cottages, offering the ambience of a country house with fine service and friendly efficient staff. All rooms offer views over the thatched cottages. The Dunraven Arms was recommended by Karen Brown as Hotel of the Year 2004 in Georgina Campbell's Guide. The Maigue Restaurant has received the highest accolades for its outstanding cuisine. This restaurant has been recognised with 3 AA Rosettes for Food, Gilbey’s Gold Medal Award, Egon Ronay Irish Meat Restaurant of the Year, RAC Hospitality, Service & Comfort Award, Mouton Cadet Award and Bord Failte Awards of Excellence.

“Excellence”
Just loved my stay at the Dunraven arms. Everything was too quality. I got upgraded to a beautiful room . Bed clothes, towels, robes are sumptuous. Had a top class meal in the restaurant and the food at breakfast was of a really high quality It feels like a lot of thought and effort has gone in to making e everything special. Well done Dunraven

“Very disappointing”
First off I paid 40 euro more than my friend for suite.. when he was upgraded to a better room.. second of all no food to be got at 12 only ham sandwich and soup.. and third staff leadership was shocking. To think we arrived back at 1.20 to be told we could not get a drink in suits I wouldn't mind and in perfect health.. when there was a wedding party in ball room being served. But we were told no beverages to be had. Very disappointed as we are regulars in adare manor and will stick with them from here on.. thank you. Better value for money

The bedding was excellent quality, the double bed was extremly generous, the bathroom had a feel of luxury, as did the robes and soaps. Breakfast was ladelled with choice and helpful staff Location was just at the back gate of the Adare Manor where we were dining. Staff informed us we would be colleceted and returned by the hotel valet, perfect evening. Coffee in local cafe, walk around the village and heritage Centre made for a perfect weekend stay.
