The room comfort, bed quality and refreshments (tea, nescafe, water) were quite successful. The variety and richness of the breakfast was far above our expectations; there was a carefully prepared presentation that appealed to every taste. “Great value, strategic location”
This hotel has the best value for money in Adana. It is very affordable, it is located very centrally and is the best starting position to explore old town and new town by foot. furthermore it has quick access to the highway and you can walk 5 to 10 minutes to the bus stop of the airport shuttle (İstiklal station). the room was very spacious and had nice amenities. the beds were very comfortable and we slept very good. and last but not least all the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. we had a few requests and they took great care of us. we are very pleased and had a great time in Adana.

I stayed at the hotel and when I went to leave I paid for the stay the people at reception were inexperienced and did not seem to know what to do...so they had to charge two transactions, and they had not realised that the bill had already been paid for....so far weeks later they have still not refunded me

First, the location is excellent and close to everything in Seyhan, Adana. Second, The staff are always welcoming and helpful especially Mrs. Essa and Mehmet also the rooms are amazing and the breakfast is so good.. Look no further, this one the best hotels you can stay in. Thank you Koza hotel.
