“Perfect place to hike Sri Pada with giant breakfast”

This is above and beyond value for money and the perfect location if you want to climb Sri Pada as it's right on the trail head. Rooms are clean and comfy, and we were even brought a bowl of coals to heat the room in the rainy season. Food is excellent and plentiful, a massive breakfast greeted us after we got back from the sunrise pilgrimage hike, and the hosts were so lovely and attentive. 10/10

“Cozy sweet home at adams peak..”

This place was a full 360-degree experience. First of all, I had the chance to climb this incredibly powerful mountain, but even more than that, I found an accommodation that, as a solo traveler, made me feel genuinely welcomed on a human level. The entire staff treated me like a member of the family, always with care and respect. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, the room had everything it promised, and it was such a cozy place to rest after the climb. The location is simply perfect if you’re planning to hike Adam’s Peak. I will come back.

I highly recommend this place! The room was clean and had a hot shower. The owner of the hotel gave us advice on how to get to Adam's Peak to avoid standing in line for several hours. Without his advice, we wouldn't have been able to make it to sunrise and wouldn't have had the patience to stand in line with the pilgrims. When we descended the mountain, we were treated to a delicious and filling breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The host went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay and was really kind. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. The communal dining/lounge area is really nice to read and relax in. The food was incredible and the portions were huge. Tea and coffee was served upon request, the tea comes in big pots and the coffee is picked, processed and roasted by the host themself. The best location for Adams Peak, I stayed the night before and the night after but wished I had stayed longer as the area is very beautiful especially the lake.

The guesthouse is at the beginning of the path to Sri Pada. Terrance, the owner, is a kind man and a great cook. The food is delicious, especially after the hike to the peak. It’s my second time staying here and I hope to return in the near future. Thanks to Terrance and his crew for the warm welcome, and kind hospitality.

LOCATION! Absolutely recommend if you are hiking Adams peak. The owner was also really helpful for the treck and general advice Not really a hostel, more of a hotel with shared rooms (in a good way)

The location is great. The host was really nice and friendly. The room was spacious. Comfortable to stay. We became very late to climb adam's peak down. The host was really kind and considerate with the late check-out.

Extremely welcoming host and owner. Delicious food and gracious portions for all meals we enjoyed. This truly is the closest you will get to hike Adams Peak and we highly recommend you stay here to do so. Should you travel by car please note that you can't comfortably drive all the way, it's very narrow at the end (last 300 meters) - walking is recommended.

Perfect location for Adam’s Peak. AMAZING food. Sociable if you want it to be, I met lots of solo travellers there. Walked up with someone I met the evening before which added to the experience. Lucky to have a STUNNING sun set 🙏🏼 Very friendly staff. Mix up with my dates and they gave me the only room they had available which was the large family room, at no additional charge. Went to a nearby waterfall on the way which I loved too ✅ great views on route. This was an experience I will forever hold in my heart ❤️ thank you X

The location is clearly THE BEST to go to Adam's peak. The food was great, and the staff very nice and friendly. They answered all of our questions, they also arranged a tuktuk for our next destination.
