“The perfect sea view experience”

Giannis has done such a good job with his place and we felt blessed to get to stay there. It is a beautiful place and very comfortable right on the beach. When the sun goes down and people leave the beach you get to have your own little desert island experience - but in comfort, drinking wine on your terrace with the waves lapping just metres away from you. Giannis the host was incredibly helpful and met us to check in. He helped bring the luggage across the beach to the accommodation. The bed is very comfortable with views looking out to the sea and beach. The kitchen is very well stocked with equipment. The hosts left a good selection of basic supplies to get you started. When we left Giants and his wife Anna met us and gave us a small gift. A truly wonderful experience.

Absolutley wonderful place! Wow!!!! My wife and I loved it! This is more than an accommodation, it is a unique experience of pure luxury, relaxation and wellbeing. Surrounded by nature in this private (yet not isolated) way is very unique to find today. To fall asleep and wake up to the waves is extraordinary. The sea is like your private swimming pool of the property. The property itself has been designed to a very high standard, it feels like a top luxury hotel room inside! Mr. Giannis, the owner and host, was extremely helpful and thoughtful. He made sure we were ok everyday via text and brought us some lovely special gifts which we were not expecting! Also good to note that the proximity to all amenities and other popular areas of the island is so close with a bike or car

“Nothing short of perfection”

Our stay at Peter’s sea and sand residence was beyond perfect. You cannot get a better location the photos do not do this place justice, we were quite literally just steps from the water and basically had our own private beach just outside our door. The beach is beautiful, and always very quiet. Giannis is the best host we have ever had, he was very welcoming he carried our bags upon arrival from the car to the house which was lovely and was very informative and helpful on recommendations of what todo and see in Milos. Giannis often checked in to see if we required anything and makes sure you have everything you need to have a perfect stay. The house was perfect it was equipped with everything you may need for an amazing stay, swim equipment, snacks, eggs from the farm, drinks, coffee and other items that made our stay very comfortable. The house was also very clean, well kept, and equipped with items for self catering. The bed was also very comfortable and we had the best night sleep listening to the waves. My partner and I got engaged during the time of the stay and Giannis made it extra special with the stay being decorated with balloons and a cake which was just amazing. This is by far the most amazing stay we have ever stayed at and a memory which would last forever, we will be back. Please note: a vehicle is required to park at the parking spot and guests are required to walk across a short beach (2-3 minutes) to get to the accomodation

The location is a dream! Also Yannis is a perfect host and his wife makes delicious jam. The fridge was fully packed with fresh drinks and we received a nice gift at the end of our vacation + for my birthday.

This location is unbeatable, literally a beach to yourself for the most part. The waves to wake up and go to sleep to. A host that’s welcoming. Don’t second guess, book it!

We have never had a better travel experience. The cave home was absolutely spotless, like new and was very tastefully decorated. It was like staying on our own private beach, steps away from the ocean, and truly one of the most amazing locations we could have imagined. Giannis graciously left a variety of drinks and snacks for us, including his own olive oil and eggs, as well as bread, cheese, coffee, crackers, etc. He also surprised us daily with a thoughtful offering- homemade pitarakia (cheese pies), wine from a local winery, and, when we asked him for his recommendation on where to find the best watermelon pie, we came home later that day to a package of fresh (still warm!) watermelon pie on our doorstep. To top it off, he wished us goodbye with a beautiful locally made gift to take home. Giannis also had excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches to visit and other activities, and welcomed us to text him at any time should we have any questions or need anything. To be honest, we shed a tear or two on our last night as we were so sad to leave! No need to think twice, book your stay at Peter’s Sand and Sea and look forward to special lifelong memories!
