Good place to stay for this price. Free parking, self check-in, free drinking water from cooler, coffe and some snacks, free wi--fi. Everything was clean, spacious room, smart ceiling lights with remote controller, bathtub with shower.

“Deceptive marketing.”
This is the first time I have felt deceived by booking.com. "Each room includes a balcony with garden views, a work desk, and a sofa bed." My room had none of these -- there was not even a chair! My view was of the street, about 10 meters from my half window. If there was a sauna, they did not make it available. "A variety of breakfast options are served in-room." No breakfast options were made available to me. Heat and air conditioning were turned off. I did not have a "patio." I'm not sure how the hotel was well rated for staff -- I did not see any staff during my stay.

Very friendly hostess. We really enjoyed our short stay there. Breakfast was great and room was clean and comfortable. Easy reachable by car. Location is close to Riga but also close to the sea and there is a nice lake neighbouring the house.
