“I wish I could have stayed longer.”

The breakfast was a complete delight, one of the best I have had in a hotel. A combination of outstanding food quality (meats and cheeses for example, cooked to order crepes and home made cakes and family relishes for the cheese) with personal and friendly service throughout - made for a lovely visit.

Location is great. Spa was ok. The aromatic shower is great. Staff were very friendly and i would recommend asking for the cooked breakfast. Good options with a nice omelette and crepes. The place was clean.

Another fantastic stay at our regular hotel. Staff are as welcoming as ever, the rooms are impeccably clean and it is such a central hotel that all of central Acqui is just outside the door. Also excellent price and we've always had the best night sleep in the beds.

Easy to find although parking is restricted. . Great staff. Very helpful. Chose cheaper room and was a good size.

Wonderful central hotel with parking. Wonderful helpful hosts who gave us a warm welcome and lots of recommendations on local eateries and wine bars. The rooms were impeccably clean and cannot be faulted for the price. Highly recommend.

Fantastic position in the centre of Acqui Terme. The room was large and spotlessly clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast has a great range of food, including hot cooked options. The staff are all friendly, kind and wonderfully helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This was a great hotel. Rooms very comfortable, and everything was super clean.The most wonderful thing about it was the caring, friendly staff who went out of their way to make your stay really comfortable. We booked a standard room but because the hotel wasn’t super busy the staff upgraded us, which was very much appreciated. Overall, the hotel was really nice, but the staff were excellent! Definitely recommend this hotel.

Spotlessly clean. Great location in the centre. Everything you need within walking distance. We had a complimentary coffee and cake at checkout which was lovely.

“Wonderful staff so friendly and wow what a breakfast”

All the staff as so friendly ans helpful. They saw we had bicycles and arranged a secure place to store them. A coffee and water as we arrived etc. The breakfast was amazing. Die to covid you can’t take the food from the buffet yourself but ask a staff member. The breakfast waitress saw we were in cycling clothes and would bring us extra food like a little special cake from the region, extra ham on our omelette, special coffee from the region. Very clean and nice room.
