“Spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally well-hosted”
We had a wonderful stay in this spacious apartment - exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, including a large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and excellent Italian coffee generously provided by our host for the entire stay. The bed was very comfortable, the smart TV was a great plus, and the central AC/heating worked perfectly. We especially appreciated the free street parking always available right in front of the property - a rare find in Italy. The terrace is a lovely spot for coffee, and the large bathroom added to the comfort. Giovanni is a kind and highly professional host, speaks excellent English, and responded quickly to every need. Highly recommended!

“Excellent apartment”
Very clean and well equipped apartment. Spacious and comfortable with good facilities. Located in a quiet area of Aquaviva with easy transport access to other areas. The host was very friendly and spoke excellent English. He was also very prompt in his communications. Would definitely stay here again.
