Very beautiful house, pool and landscape! Traditional house from the countryside, rather dark but also beautifully cool in the heat of the summer!!! Very kind hosts!!! Would always return with pleasure!

“Tranquility and beauty, a very special place…”
The owner, Patrizia was very kind and helpful. She upgraded us to a larger unit and we had the whole property to ourselves. The pool and pool area was superb, with stunning views in all directions of forest and hills. It is a tranquil oasis full of bird song and butterflies. Every night a gaggle of fireflies flitted around the garden, magical. There is a couple of lively villages with supermarkets etc within 15/20 mins. Must see Urbino was only 35 mins and the Adriatic coast an hour or so away. There is a restaurant serving huge traditional fare just 8 mins from the property. Patrizia gave us a lovely bottle of local red wine to try, very good. Loved the week we spent at this special place.

“Un posto meraviglioso.”
Patrizia is absolutely amazing. Courteous and extremely helpful. The apartment was very clean, spacious and quiet. A saltwater pool with an amazing view. So green and peaceful.
