“Wonderful stay in Acitrezza”

Very nice and well kept B&B. The owner, Santino, is increadibly friendly, caring and helpful. He supports with good suggestions of places to visit or makes you a caffè. Breakfast is very good and can be taken in a small shaded courtyard which is the perfect start in the day. The rooms are cosy and we had a good sleep.

We had a wonderful stay here. The accommodation is conveniently located near the marina and provides easy access to Mount Etna and Taormina. We were usually able to find parking in front of the hotel (paid during certain hours). Check-in was very easy, and we received a warm welcome. The host was extremely friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The facilities were very nice, and the breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of both sweet and savory options.

The breakfast was excellent. Fresh coffee, with top ups and plenty of choice. Lovely fresh fruit salad. Santino was very helpful and suggested restaurants for us to try. The location was a short distance from the centre and a good base for the surrounding area.

Very central. Great communication with a great host who was on call the whole time for any info needed. A beautiful authentic Sicilian working fishing village with real charm but also great restaurants and bars. We loved it here.

If you rent a car, Acitrezza is a good place which is not as expensive as other touristic places like Taormina and can be used as a base to travel to the surrounding cities. However renting a car is highly suggested as there isn’t much to do. Luckily we found a local feast which was nice to attend to in the evenings. Nevertheless, this place was typically Sicilian-authenthic. The breakfast was amazing, the room was always clean and the ac was good. Santino is an incredibly host, and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. He offered us coffees when we arrived, managed to check-in slightly earlier and offered a parking space closeby at 5eur per day which was a good price compared to the street parking. He also provided us with water and beer in the fridge as well as an iron on request.

What an absolute gem in the heard of the picturesque village of Acitrezza. We stayed one night and would definitely return. The place is immaculately clean, the bed is comfortable, the location is quiet and we had a very restful night. Santo is a wonderful host - could not be more helpful and recommended lovely restaurants in the area. Breakfast is fresh and delicious with typical local food. Thank you Santo for a lovely stay!

Santo is a wonderful host. He try to solve all of your demands. The room cleaned every day.The house is in a very good position, not too far, not too close to Catania, and it has own closed parking place, in about 100m.

Great choice! Everything was perfectly clean and comfortable, a few minutes from the beach and the bus station, the breakfast was delicious! I enjoyed my stay and hope to come back!

I can recommend it to everyone who is not just looking for "overnight accommodation", but even something more with value added. I appreciate very personal and kind access from the host Santo, who thanks to huge traveler's experiences all around the world knows what the guests need the most. Cleanness with daily cleaning. Perfect rich home-made breakfast (local things from salty to sweet foods, fruit, ...). Great location very close to Catania 👍
