I got a large room with en-suite bathroom and shower. Alberto and Antonella took very good care of me even though I arrived late in the evening from the airport. Good conversations and breakfast. Alberto even gave me a lift to the next place I was going

My husband and i stayed for the night on the way to the south of Italy. We were very happy to be there. The place is very nice, clean, very friendly hosts, nice breakfest. A great place to stay the night. Very comfortable.

“Great staff and comfy room”

The room is very quiet, comfortable and spacious. Bathroom is not big but it’s enough for a nice shower. There’s a kitchen where they serve the breakfast and you can also prepare some meals, if you like. Breakfast is simple but good with a bit of many things. There is no lift but the b&b is not far from the ground floor. Antonella and Alberto are really helpful and friendly. Thanks a lot for arranging the early check in and breakfast, for giving me a lift to the bank and sorting my transfer back to the airport. You both are amazing!

It is very good that the location is very close to the subway.the landlord helped us with every request.he is also a nice and pleasant conversationalist.the room was clean and spacious. everything was perfect

“Very compassionate host”

Our stay at this place was very short, but we were very happy with the stay. The owner was kind, and very helpful. He made sure that our stay and experience at his place remains very comfortable. He spent a lot of time to explain different things that literally made our time at Rome more efficient. Definitely recommend this place and extremely grateful to the owner for his kind gesture.

We love the owners of this place. They were so nice to us and offered us drinks when we arrived to the apartment. The room is comfortable and clean. The owner also offered us a transfer by himself to the airport which is much cheaper than the taxi.

Great location, 2 min walk from metro station. Room and bethroom were clean. Value for money. Don't expect 5 star hotel, for these price it's a great apartment. Mister S offer us aeroport transfer, much cheaper than a city taxi. Breakfast is average. Definitely recommend.

“The B&B was better than my expectations!”

The owners provided a good breakfast & even bought special bread for me that I mentioned that I liked. The location of the B&B is only a few minutes walk from a train station that connects to the Metro lines in Roma. The owners gave me help on what stations that I could make transfers between train & Metro lines to travel to destinations in Roma.

Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Offers airport pick up for extra cost which was very convenient for a late arrival. It was just me and my 1.5 year old daughter and I felt very safe and looked after. The place was simple but very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great, fairly close to the airport and right next door to a train station. We only stayed for one night but would have been happy to stay for longer.

Accommodation was comfortable and really clean. Breakfast was good and owners are there to help and advice. Location was excellent and good connected with other location in city.

Everything was great :) Hosts are very kind, ready to provide some useful information, for example that at the day of our arrival (first Sunday of the month) there are free entrances to museums (also Colosseum), so we took a little advantage of this. During the breakfast, You can chat (if You wish) with either Alberto or Antonella, depends who is there. It was very nice to have these conversations, one could also learn something new :) If You wish they can prepare You coffee, tea, or You can manage yourself as well. In the kitchen it is possible to store some fruits (bought e.g. in the nearby nonstop fruit-store) it the fridge, and prepare it for snack for the daytrip to Rome. Tap water is drinkable. ACCOMODATION The place is very clean, we stayed for 9 nights (2.-11.7.2023), everyday the bed was nicely aligned, and hosts also managed the ventilation of the bedroom (close the window when there is too hot outside, and opened it again in the evening) - what was very nice. We have not used air-condition, first few nights it was not really necessary if You sleep with the opened window, last two nights it was a bit worse, but still quite OK, but if the hot weather would continue, we would use it. We were aware of the fact the air-condition is with some extra fee, but this is all ok, as only guests using it are charged. LOCALITY Easy to find. The Metromare station Casal Barnocchi is 1 minute of walk from the accommodation, trains are electric, no traffic noise. The only traffic noise was during one morning, when there was different wind, so the planes flew above the place (we had the windows opened), but this is only very occasional. It was OK, although it woke us up more frequently, we fell asleep quick again. Nearby there is fruit store opened 24/7, Pizza place also with burgers, ice-cream. Rome was easily accessible by the Metromare train, as well as the beach. Circa 15-20 minutes both. Alberto can help with the drop off to the airport :)

“The best!”

We had a wonderful time at B&B Salviani. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The flat is nice, homelike and comfortable. We left the car safe and problem free at the accommodation, and got to Rome center quick and cheap with the urban railway. Taking the other direction by the train we got very quickly to the sea for a swim. I can not imagine a better accommodation to visit Rome, value for money champion!

Location near train station direct to Rome and Ostia. The area looks quiet. Landlord very helpful.
