“Spotless, modern style, fab location”

So clean, you could eat your dinner off the floor. Modern fresh decor. Lovely private balcony. Good air con. 5 min walk if that, to bus and fabulous bakery and supermarket. Under 10 min walk to Achladies beach.

Absolutely fabulous little gem of a studio ….. Very spacious with really good facilities. Spotlessly clean Front patio/outside sitting area delightful. Side balcony with table chairs & good view. Many thanks to the host for the bottle of water and bottle of wine left in fridge. I’d highly recommend for short & long stays Great location with access to beach and restaurants and water taxi to Skiathos Town

They cleaned every day. There is a supermarket and a tavern near by, although you have to cross a very busy street to reach the supermarket.

The apartment is new and well equipped. The cleaning was done every day. Very close to the beautiful beach of Achladias. Teo, the host is very nice and always available to all requests.

Good position, 5 minutes from the beach. Nearby there is a supermarket and some restaurant. Very clean, complete kitchen and comfortable bed. Very warm welcome from the owner. Can be reached quite easily by the public transport bus.

Very convenient location - beach 5min walk, convenient store 2 min walk, awesome gyros shop 1 min walk. Super friendly owner who made sure our stay was comfortable and we got everything we needed. I highly recommend this place.

“Great value for money”

Theo was very nice and flexible with key exchange, my flight was delayed and there was no issue about that. Room is very cosy, well equipped, clean and is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. 5 minute walk to the beach with supermarket and restaurant nearby. I was pleasantly suprised to have a balcony with sea view and a terrace as well!

“An exceptional stay”

The apartment is very strategically located, Achladies beach is close by, right next door is an excellent family run restaurant Porta Rossa and across the street is a great grill bar with delicious food (gyros, souvlaki, lamb chops...), draught beer and friendly staff, there is also a big TV to watch sports and so on. The apartment is very clean (cleaning is done once every two days), cozy, tastefully decorated. There are all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo, there is a Nespresso coffee machine. We were greeted with water and a bottle of wine in the fridge. Parking is available on the property. What's more, the host, Theo, is an extremely nice and friendly lady, who will help you with everything. I had an evening flight, and Theo left another room available for me after check-out, where I could even take a shower, and she brought me a clean towel. Incredible helpfulness - I travel a lot, but I've never met such a nice owner. Thank you so much for everything, Theo, I will definitely be back one day!

Highly recommend. Really nice host, accommodation clean and newly refurbished, everything you need included, cleaning every other day. Great location, near a bus stop, buses every 10 minutes, not far from the city nor famous beaches, short walk to a local beach.

Great location, everywhere within a short walk. Theo very helpful, everything you would want in a host. Spacious bedrooms, nice balcony, clean and well-maintained. If we ever return to Achladies, we will certainly stay here.

Cleanliness, Host very friendly and helpfull. Location not far from the beach and a small supermarket. Bus station (no. 10) at 2 minutes.

Perfect location, short walk to bus stop to visit either end of the island. 5 mins to beach with regular water taxi. Lovely apartment with both balcony and terrace, clean and well equipped. Family run business I wouldn’t hesitate in returning again if I ever visited the island.
