The huge worms didint let me sleep in this room at all. I was so scared. I was sleeping many places in Greece and didint see them in rooms at all. But here yes so i highly don’t recommend. Maybe it’s because owner of this place is not there so often so they don’t know it . So I was scared and had to cancel the rest of days but owner didint give me ANY money back even if they know it was high season in Greece and i couldnt find any place to stay quickly so had to sleep on the beach. The worst place. Don’t recommend!

I booked a room for 2 people, but they put us in a single room. The room is very uncomfortable. The wardrobe, 43 cm wide and 175 cm high, was filled with 3 blankets, a pillow and a bedspread. There was no space for clothes. There was one bedside table. There were no sockets in the bathroom or by the bed. The lamp was broken. We had to buy dishwashing detergent. There was no kettle upon check-in. We checked in on Tuesday and on Saturday I had to take a bucket and a mop and clean the room myself, take out the trash, because the cleaning lady did not come. The towels were changed on the 6th day. And the bed linen was changed after I contacted the owner. The owner said that I was very angry, that's why I had such service. The approach to other clients is different. I ask for compensation for a disgusting stay. Please take into account that the accommodation standards for 2 people were violated. We lived in a dirty room with bad service and vengeance from the staff.

Close to the center 1 minute. Cozy quiet green courtyard. Walking distance from the beach 5 minutes.

“Lovely apartment in convenient location”

Convenient location for the beach and the main road with shops, restaurants etc. Comfortable ensuite room with kitchenette. Balcony to the garden. Not sure is the case for all the rooms but mine shared with another a sort of terrace at the back as well as the front balcony, so there was always a shaded outside area morning and afternoon.

It was in a really good position, near the supermarket, bars and restaurants, and the sea.

Communication with the owner was very fluid and nice. One night, quite late, the power went out in half of the property. We notified the owner for their knowledge, and 5mins later there was someone looking into the issue and trying to fix it. And when all attempts were unsuccessful, we were offered a different room for the night for the inconvenience. We felt that it was a very nice gesture. The property is big and centrally located.

Excellent location, close to the beach and the center of Acharavi, with a beautiful big garden and a very kind owner. The place was clean and we enjoyed our stay as it matches our expectations

It was easy to find, lot of shops around, the room was very big with two balcony, couldnt hear anyone from other rooms, place to park car or scooter inside property. good beds and place where to cook

The location

The owner is very helpful and did everything to make my stay comfortable. The apartment has a very good location, it is equipped with all necessary things. Hot water is hot, not just lukewarm (previous experience with other places) :-) I highly recommend it.
