“Fabulous villa and location”

Excellent location near the beach. Lovely garden setting with each villa having a private terrace area. Very well maintained and equipped. Kitchen area had more useful items than the usual found elsewhere( coffee pot, oven and cooking rings, microwave, kettle, full fridge with ice box, sandwich toaster. ) Beautiful decor and exceptionally cleaned everyday . Beds were a bit too firm for me personally so was uncomfortable. Others didn’t seem to mind as much. Effective air conditioning in bedrooms. Also an equipped first aid box and a few toiletries provided.

“Lovely break away from it all”

We loved the wrap around balcony on villa 1. Whatever side the sun was on we could sit in it or in the shade and we also had the garden which was great especially if you have kids. We had a couple of issues and they were resolved instantly. I messaged to say the electric had blown a fuse and within seconds the lady was there to sort it out. It was also handy having a washing machine. Also fly screens on the bedroom doors were a great added bonus. The beds were comfy. It’s a 5 minute walk to town which is just one street. It has everything you need supermarkets, bars, coffee shops, restaurants, holiday shops, chemists etc. there’s also a bus service and an office by the bus stop if you need help. We didn’t use the bus service but taxis are plentiful and very reasonable. The beach is stones but good. There’s several bars and a couple of shops on the beach. The restaurants don’t charge for use of sun loungers if you’re eating/drinking there. You can walk to Roda which takes about 30 minutes it’s a very small holiday town. The season starts 1st May. We were there before then and only a few places were open so it was nice and quiet. There’s lots of building going on between Archaravi and Roda it looks like a couple of big hotels but it didn’t affect us.

Good location, quiet but near restaurants. Air conditioning and plenty of space in the room. The pool was good (attached to the restaurant so a short walk from the apartment).

Location is great - calm place on a coast. Pool with restaurant is right near the beach, very friendly staff, rooms are clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay.

“What a place thi's is.”

The location and staff were like nothing weve ever experienced. When you talk about a little undiscovered gem, this is it. They really work hard to make your holiday special and always chatting and and having laugh with you. Service was 10 out of 10 and lovely good sized appartments, family of 5 easily fit. The food there was ridiculously good and keri the owner was always showing off the kitchen where he says, this where the magic happens. The location is special, 30 second walk from the pool to the sea, something we loved. We tried to re book for next year while we were still out there but sadly already fully booked a year in advance. Was gutted to be honest. At least we've been now though, think we got a bit lucky booking it, only 4 appartments there and we had 2 of them. My niece called it the boujiiest place she's been, which used to crack me up. Infainess it was, but without trying, and without the pretention and the high prices. Well done if your booked already, can categorically guarantee you won't be dissapointed. Top Top holiday. Would go again, but doubt we'd ever get booked 😅😅👍

Absolutely everything that you might need for a comfort stay - small kitchen with all facilities, comfortable beds, private terrace, two balconies, sunbeds and even mosquito nets for each window!!! Very very nice place to stay near the sea 🙂

The property was clean and spacious for 3 people. The garden around was lovely. The kitchen had everything. The location was close to the beach, and there were 2 restaurants, a small supermarket. Beach is pebble. Good value for money.

We stayed only for one night, that’s why can’t say much about villa. Seems like a good place to spend holidays with family near the beach. Different restaurants are nearby. Parking on territory and nearby. You have your own terrace with sunbeds. Netflix on TV

“Fabulous place”

We had an amazing time at Navigator Villas. It's a very relaxing place, villas are spotlessly clean, cleaning done every day, towels changed daily if needed, bed linen changed half-way through our stay. There's everything needed for a perfect self-catering holidays, including washing machine, toster, coffee, sugar, salt etc. Gardens are beautiful and also kept very clean. Owners are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Beach and the Navigator restaurant are within one minute walk. We loved the sun-deck with very comfy sun beds. Food at the restaurant is delicious and waffles and ice-cream are the best in Acharavi :) Supermarkets and other restaurants are also within short walk distance. We liked the place so much that we've already booked for the next year.
