“Amazing hosts, beautiful and clean room.”

The hosts are absolutely fantastic, so so friendly and they have great local and historical knowledge. There was a really warm welcome and atmosphere. The room was extremely comfortable, clean, and well presented. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with what we ordered and more! Fantastic value especially considering the hosts and beautiful location and views.

We had a really amazing stay at Innes House. Really kind hosts, a beautiful house and nice rooms. We also had very delicious breakfast. Overall we had a great time exploring the beautiful landscape around Acharacle!

“Gorgeous little gem”

The room was absolutely delightful and incredibly clean with a nice touch of details. Was please to find L’or high quality coffee machine with capsules provided and selection of biscuits for kids. Hosts were very friendly and gave us a map to a local adventure hike to Tioram castle which we absolutely loved. It was my birthday when we woke up at Innes and hosts made a lovely breakfast with a birthday cupcake which was so so lovely!

Beautiful location in an area not over crowded with tourists. Wonderful hosts - they could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The room was large and extremely comfortable and breakfast exceptional! We loved everything about this place

“Peaceful Highland escape with fabulous hosts and hikes”

A wonderful stay in a peaceful corner of Scotland. The setting is perfect for hikes, with Innes giving excellent tips for exploring the area. The rooms are beautifully designed, spotless, and full of thoughtful details. Liz’s breakfast was fantastic. Our only regret is not staying longer — we would have much preferred more time here over busy Skye.

The hospitality

Liz and Mike are excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome from the start. They provided us with many options on things to do and were always happy to help. Breakfast was just excellent; fresh bread, fruits, cereals and a wide choice of warm orders would rival any 5-star hotel.

We were spoiled for choice on what we ate and portions were very generous and of the highest quality. The house was very well placed in a few minutes walk from the village shop and Loch Shiel Hotel where we enjoyed our evening meals.

Although our stay was short, it was truly wonderful - Innes House B&B is by far the nicest non-chain accommodation we've stayed at. Liz and Innes were incredibly welcoming and attentive hosts. You can tell they’ve poured their heart and soul into this beautiful house, as every detail has been carefully considered to make guests feel at home. The views from our bedroom windows were stunning. The cooked breakfast was delicious, and we especially loved the yogurt served with a generous portion of fresh fruit. Breakfast was served in the conservatory, which overlooked a beautifully kept garden and the mountains beyond. The setting and the table itself genuinely made us all say "wow." Innes also recommended some local landmarks that weren’t originally on our itinerary, and we’re so glad he did. We visited them all, and the highlight of our day was definitely Traigh Beach. Thank you for such a memorable experience. I’ll definitely return if I'm ever back in the area!
