The Apartment was super nice. Kitchen fully equipped. AC working very well. It was very spacious and felt like home. The host Sylvia and Afua the caretaker were very friendly.

I had an exceptional stay at Sylvia’s place. The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and equipped with every facility mentioned in the listing. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and Sylvia was a very kind and thoughtful host throughout my stay. Her co-host, Afua, was also wonderful. She was always available whenever we needed her attention and assisted us promptly with anything we asked. Overall, a truly outstanding experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Accra Ghana.

For someone who travels a lot and have experienced so much with apartments, I highly recommend. Listen, beyond the aesthetics, there was something about the ambience, I can't place it, there was peace and tranquillity in the atmosphere, I really don't know how to put words to it. The library corner, the balcony, the cleanliness? OMG! I definitely have found my home in Accra. I will be back!

“A home away from home; comfortable and welcoming”

Property was beautiful, modern and had everything you need in a home away from home. The host was on point, responded to ALL messages within mins; staff for check in and out was sooo lovely n helpful; I couldn’t ask for anymore..

Breakfast was not included. There was a bakery nearby and 2 good restaurants, also a coffee shop.

A big thanks Sylvia for being a wonderful host in her beautiful home and also to Afua, the housekeeper, who kept the place clean and was on hand for any questions I had. I stayed in the property for almost one month and Sylvia was very accommodating with me and my request to host a family member. I encountered hardly any issues with wifi and the apartment was very clean and had all the facilities needed to live in comfort. The Tse Addo area is close to the airport, Labadi Beach and a short taxi ride to central hotspots such as Cantoments, Spintex and Osu. The condo had everything I needed and more. It was a very comfortable place to stay for work and pleasure and really made my time in Accra very happy and memorable.

“Nice and calm stay”

I enjoyed my stay. The place is located in a gated in gated area in Tse Addo with several other houses. The host was very responsive to WhatsApp messages, calls and requests. Afua the assistant was there to welcome me on the first day of arrival and checked in several times to check if everything was already. She helpful well. The place was neat and nicely decorated. Felt like home. The AC appliances were working and came in handy on very hot days. The neighbourhood is was calm. Ps. I accidentally broke an item whiles cleaning after myself, but wasn’t charged (or at least haven’t been charged for it yet). I was occupying the space alone and had access to all the ground floor area. I didn’t mind the bathroom room being in the bedroom and fully glass door and transparent but if you decide to share one room with someone, you might need to take this information into consideration.

Nice apartment with good equipment, clean and functional bathroom, toilet and kitchen. All A/Cs working well. No electrictiy shortages. Afua on site and Sylvia were very helpful and an early-check in due to changed travel plans (because of elections in Ghana) was possible without surcharge. Thanks for the nice stay!

“Lovely place to stay in Accra”

The house is very comfortable and have all the equipment you need. Sylvia and Hettie are lovely and always available if necessary. Good A/C, TV and even a washing machine (you need to buy your own washing powder) We had the whole place for us, which is convenient. There is a place to park a car. They have security at the entrance of the residence

Had tea, spices for cooking and cleaning supplies Kitchen was spacious with sufficient appliances, nothing was lacking. Quiet, secure and central location. Security personnels were friendly and helpful Beautiful, comfortable and super homey feel. So homey, i still miss it one week after leaving. Hosts were very helpful and responsive to all my inquiries regarding both the apartment and my trip Electricity was fairly stable, it was cut off just twice and for less than 10 minutes each time. I stayed for two weeks.
