“Good place to stay in the area”

The mixed reviews nearly put us off coming here and after staying for 3 days we are really glad we did. The bungalow looked to be recently refurbished, was very clean and spacious with a good shower. The complex is pretty huge, the beach club with pool was around a 7min walk from our bungalow. We didn’t mind walking but were glad not to be further away especially as we arrived without a car. The staff were all super friendly. The beach club has a large pool definitely more for fun than swimming, it is family friendly so expect there to be lots of kids. The atmosphere was good during our period. It is situated right on the water with lots of additional seating. Good access to swimming in the sea in protected area but very shallow. The restaurant honestly just wasn’t great and absolutely overpriced but you are in a hotel complex. Expect lower end US prices for mediocre food. The beach club plays music daily, it was fine in the day but during late dinner or evening we found it too loud to stay at the restaurant and comfortably hold a conversation. Unless you are planning to stay at one of the much more expensive resorts nearby there is really very little alternative catered accommodation in this area. The small village is fishing orientated and has some very local home restaurants but still higher priced than other ElS locations we visited. At night there was nowhere else available to eat other than the beach club.

Breakfast was good, the villa layout is nice

a/c was loud. The porch was not really a porch, just the entrace of the villa with not furniture. You walk 5 mins to the resort. The room was dark. It's okay for sleeping and staying in the resort most of the time.

“The worst experience”

A little expensive for what it is. We had no towels in our room, the property is big so expect to walk if you don't have a car, no cart service on location, no bike rental. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was large and clean with hot water. It felt very safe, gated place. Overall the place is fine but i am unsure value/cost.

Breakfast was excellent and the location of all places to eat were great. Food was good, drinks are fairly priced. Pool and Beach area Staff to include security guards were friendly, attentive, non-intrusive. 10 stars to them! They saved our trip!

The location was beautiful with palm trees through out the facilities, the villas spaced out without sharing walls, and beach being walking distance.

I like everything from here the dinner and breakfast were very good is better then when I stay at the Decameron. I love the fact it had things for kids our little girl love it. Would definitely stay here again.
