The room was just painted and the smell was really choking. The room is still under construction and needs finishing work. I arrived there late in the night and I could not change to another hotel so I had to pass the night risking my health. Booking.com should do more to verify if rooms are actually ready for lodging.

“In all I would definitely recommend this place.”
I liked how decent the room was, the area was close to most places I had to transport to such as Kaura district, Utako and Wuse zone 1. The staff were extremely nice, patient and helpful with all our demands.

“Passable for a night, but the immediate environ within the facility is not so pleasing.”
Its more of a BQ in the main building. Room was just so so Ok, but environ is not it for me. Would not have breakfast there

Everything. The staff was amazing, I've been to other apartments before, but this stood out. The readiness to make me feel relaxed. The sheets were cleaned, the room was very bright that I had to make some youtube videos in the room, the cleaner was swift to clean my room before 10am. The bed is very big,
