All Yas atteactions in the vicinity. Stylish, good quality furnishing and materials. Nice bedlinen and towels. Supermarket in the next building.

“Pathetic operations and support”
The operation and the support team is very very bad. We had to wait for more than an hour to find someone who can open the apartment. They don’t even refund you the deposit unless you’re asking them regularly for weeks. They even deduct money from your deposit calling it transactional charges, while paying and refunding both.

“Good stay, but they got deposits and they dont return it back! 2 months passed from my stay on and still not refunded”
Property was OK but my deposit of 1030 AED which was taken by the property was not refunded back

Love the fact that Water's Edge has a supermarket (CarreFour), A salon, A community Centre, Easy access points for Taxi etc. I loved the apartment and the facilities. The home was stocked with all necessary utensils and appliances.

Great location.. near all attractions on Yas Island.. very easy check in and out.. comfortable place.. very welcoming and helpful and friendly staff and people in the area.. there is a supermarket 1 minute walk away which is very convenient..
