Pool should Never close so early! Thats the best time of the evening to swim when its not so Hot! No power plug outlet in bathroom for hair dryer and the one in the room was a stretch to the mirror! The chicken ceaser salad was absolutely dry and disgusting! Basically just a massive playe full of lettuce!

The hotel's location is very convenient and easily accessible, making it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions. The pool area was well-maintained and especially enjoyable for kids, which made our stay more relaxing and family-friendly. We also found the food prices to be quite reasonable compared to other hotels.

“Spacious rooms but appalled by the hostile front desk service. Will not return.”
The rooms themselves were very spacious and nice with all amenities we would expect from a great hotel, however everything else was a disaster and i personally had a real bad moment at the front desk receptioon with Ms. Somaya while checking in who really had a very bad attitude and arrogance and our check in happened only at 5.30 pm which completely ruined our family vacation. Rest of the hotel staff and the Manager were pleasant and helpful.

I was happy because I’ve stayed at this hotel for a long time, and we’ve also stayed in many hotels here in Abu Dhabi. This was the first time we were treated this way — they called us to remind us to leave even before 12 PM. There was really no need to remind us. It made me feel like they wanted us to leave already, which felt uncomfortable and not good at all.
