Nice house, good kitchen facility. Excellent food options within the community. Family friendly location with variety of food options, hypermarket, ATM, cafe, typist , money exchange etc within the community.

The apartment was spotless and very well-maintained, which made the stay so comfortable. I really appreciated the good security of the building, which gave me peace of mind. Free parking was a big plus and made everything much more convenient. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay—I would happily return!

Bad communication no help late responses. Location is bad not suitable for families at all specially if you have luggage and little children and baby. Its difficult to get to the place and wasn’t as described on advertising.

“Overall, good apartment for its price.”
Location was good. Very close to Yas Island and all theme parks. All amenities available very close, including food food court, restaurants, a supermarket.
