“Brilliant stay”

How clean (one of the cleanest if not the cleanest) and friendly staff was including Daniel an all the staff at the front reception reception was ...offered us refreshments and ice cream whilst waiting to depart The facilities in the apartment was great so clean able too cook and eat at the table when we didn't want to go out Situated right across the road from the mall ..plenty of food places and amenities Able to easily get to famous theme parks within 30mins Corniche beach 15 mi drive Lovely gym and swimming pool on the 8th floor Nice English pub in the hotel open till 3am

“Excellent property for the value”

It was an excellent property, we loved it.

The rooms, the staff, the facilities, the food, the location - everything was just wonderful. The apartments far exceeded our expectations- they are huge!

My recent stay at Marriott Executive Apartments Downtown was extremely disappointing. I have stayed at many Marriott properties worldwide, but this was by far the worst experience. The service was unprofessional, particularly from the night shift staff. Their attitude and lack of hospitality do not reflect the Marriott standards I am used to. Instead of providing support and assistance, the staff seemed careless and inattentive to guests’ needs. Simple requests were handled with indifference, and there was no sense of accountability or genuine care. For a property carrying the Marriott name, this level of service is unacceptable. I expected professionalism, respect, and hospitality, but unfortunately, the night shift team failed on all fronts. This stay has left me with a very negative impression, and I would not consider returning to this property.
