The first standout was Sapkiwon at reception, whose caring attitude and excellent customer service skills set the tone for the entire visit. Check‑in felt effortless and genuinely welcoming. One thing to note: the GPS location leads to a different building, but the hotel has already solved this brilliantly. They provide quick 2‑minute golf cart rides to the actual accommodation, complete with staff who help with all your luggage — a smooth and surprisingly fun transition. The apartment itself was massive, spotless, and fully stocked with every product or amenity you could need. The combination of great food and a giant, clean living space made the stay feel both luxurious and comfortable. Room service was another highlight. Ram, who assisted during my stay, was incredibly attentive, polite, and made sure everything arrived perfectly. Overall, this place delivers on comfort, service, and convenience. A must‑stay for anyone looking for a memorable and seamless hotel experience.

The beach rotana all siutes was perfect place for me and my husband. The apartments are big, the room has rotated TV between living room and bedroom. The bed is very comfortable. In the kitchen you have everything you need if you like do a little cooking. There is a washing machine with dryer. A little distant from the apartments to the hotel where you can visit wonderful restaurants, swimming pool, beach, gym and everything else it has to offer. Between Suites and hotel there is a big shopping mall with a private entrance/exit only for a you. There is also free parking in the basement.

Breakfast is not shared with the hotel as indicated in the q&a There is not direct beach access, you actually need to walk on the street and pass the mall to get to the hotel side and access the beach or the pool There is one very small window in the room overlooking another building, absolutely no light Despite booking a « one bedroom » because we were travelling with a baby, it is not a one bedroom appartment as the top of the room is open, so all light and noise from the living area is heard in the bedroom. It was terrible

I stayed here with my wife, our 10-year-old son, and our 18-month-old daughter while I had three days of client meetings at the main Beach Rotana hotel. The All Suites are part of the same complex, connected through Abu Dhabi Mall, so moving between work and family was effortless. They even run a buggy if you don’t feel like walking. Location and connectivity Direct access to Abu Dhabi Mall kept my family busy with shopping, cafés, and kid activities while I worked. I could cut through the mall to the Beach Rotana side for meetings in minutes. Apartment that actually works for families We booked an apartment, and it felt like one—space to spread out, a kitchen for quick meals, and smart layout for naps and bottles. Best part: the team offered a proper extra bed for my 10-year-old instead of pushing the living-room sofa bed. Small gesture, huge difference in comfort. Service Warm, efficient, and genuinely helpful with all the family logistics—strollers, nap times, late returns—nothing was a hassle. Value Slightly heavy on the wallet… mostly because my wife had my credit cards and Abu Dhabi Mall is right there. Consider yourself warned: easy access equals easy spending. Bottom line If you’re in Abu Dhabi on business with family in tow, book the All Suites. You get work convenience on the Beach Rotana side and easy entertainment next door—without compromising on comfort.

The floor at the apartment is full of dust even when they clean it while im sleeping i saw a cucaracha next to my head I informed the front desk about it and i was supposed to to go home they said they will contact me about that but they didn’t so i have the image about the cucaracha and i was surprised that we have like this hotel here in uae
