We’ve just returned from another wonderful stay at one of the Pickalbatros resorts, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect! Traveling with my children, it’s always a pleasure to come back—we never get tired of this little slice of paradise. From the beautiful surroundings to the warm welcome, everything is designed for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The food is delicious and varied, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the comfort is present in every detail. What truly makes the difference is the kindness and dedication of the entire staff, who go above and beyond to make every moment special. “The place to switch off completely”

The perfect place to wind down: Don't worry about preparing meals, just relax at the beach or one of the many pools and have drinks served to you. We had a great time: The personnel is very friendly and attentive, everything is very clean, and there is a huge choice of restaurants, pools and activities. We appreciated the "don't disturb" flag system that signaled to vendors to come offer their pitch or leave us be.

“A relaxing stay in a wonderful resort”

Even though the hotel has a huge capacity, you never have the feeling it is "full" of tourists. The rooms are very spacious and really comfortable. Water park is great and there are a lot of different pools, some of them heated, others not. It is a big domain, so you do not easily get bored :) Lots of different restaurants and the quality of the food is really good for such a big hotel. Our children also loved the VR Lounge (which I have to admit, I did not expect to find on the property :)) The personnel is also extremely helpful, offering continuous service around the clock. We especially appreciated the help of Alex, who helped us with a reservation in one of the restaurants and was incredibly friendly.

A wonderful resort distinguished by its cleanliness and a very cooperative hospitality team. It offers many entertaining activities and parties, in addition to a diverse aquapark for both children and adults, and a beach full of coral reefs.

We stayed at this hotel for one week. The territory is very large and full of activities. The kids absolutely loved the water slides. The food is very tasty, and there are many restaurants to choose from, so you can decide where you want to dine each day. It is a perfect place for families with children. What truly makes the experience exceptional is the high level of service. Our manager, Mostafa, sent us the daily activity program every morning. Since our group consisted of 16 people, he reserved a large table for us at a restaurant every evening. Not only did he always respond quickly and gladly help us with any questions, but he also proactively checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and to ask if we needed any assistance. Our room was 2260 — a very good location when traveling with children. It was close to the food area and the pool with water slides. There was also a pool with a bar in the inner courtyard, where we were served by the wonderful bartender Khalifa Mohamed. Food: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Cleanliness: 10/10

“Perfect!”

The best hotel in Egypt we have ever stayed at. The food, entertainment, and service all deserve a 10 out of 10. The hotel has a lot of tourists, but the area is large, so it definitely doesn’t feel crowded. There are 32 swimming pools. The hotel pays special attention to customer service, and I would especially like to thank the manager, Mostafa Othman, who took care of our group throughout the entire vacation. I highly recommend it.
