Yes..The front desk person was horrible to my son Rolando Santi who I made the resevation for but he got to the hotel at 8am on Sep 16 but check in date was Sep 15 ..Reservation was for 4 nights they did not give him the other stay for 3 night and completly stole my money of $ 348.97. As a retired Banquet Manager and Director of Event in New York City Hotels, that was shoking......Horrible front desk person

“DISGUSTING”
The room was in no way as shown on the website. It stank of cigarettes as if lots of people had smoked in it even though it was there. The bed covers were filled with cigarette burn holes. There were crumbs and electric cigarettes lying on the ground. In the bathroom, the bathtub was full of brown stains and the toilet was black with dirt. The whole thing was frankly disgusting.

“Worst 4 days of my life I'll never get back”
Absolutely nothing proprietor was very rude, had to beg for 3 days to get a roll of toilet paper. Then kept asking for clean towels after 2 days and he said we had to wait for housekeeping, in which they never arrived. Worst place I have ever been rug's were never vacuumed and the sheets were filthy and full of crumbs. I'm contacting the Better business bureau first thing Monday morning. I want my money back. And I will not be using the 18dollor credit you have been trying to give me because I don't think I'll be using your services anymore and neither will my friends or family
