“Decent facility (for the price), but unacceptable behavior by the hotel manager”
The arrogant behavior of the general manager - she was completely out of line. There was a problem with the reservation ( I booked for 2 nights - they only had room for 1 night. She literally screamed at me as if I was a little child that I need to "go back to my room" until she resolves the issue. She let us stay for the second night, but then overcharged me for that night (the amount of the booking did not correspond to what she charged me) - when I complained she refunded 40$ (instead of the 60$ needed) and told me that I should be thankful.

Place cancelled reservations last minute for me & a few others leaving us stranded. Who does that?? Get all the way there exhausted & told sorry. We cancelled your reservation for no reason! Never again!

“I only stayed 1 night and it was fine what I needed for the night.”
The office manager was lovely. Explained all the charges. The breakfast was very nice. I would stay here again if I had a reason to go into AC. It was a short uber ride back and forth.
