“Worst experience ever, false advertising”
100 m2 square house advertised on Booking. Arriving after 30 min of hike throught the jungle, it was just a small wodden room, with dead cockroaches on the floor of the room. Can't believe I was charged 45 USD for this, it's purely a scam. I reported it, wrote to the owner and to Booking. The owner stopped responding and Booking sent me back 6 USD, thanks. Massive scam.

The location is great your are far from all the noise and inside the jungle, yes is a bit of a walk but easy to do. Loved it. The place has all the amenities needed.

The location is excellent. Just remember to bring enough food if you don't want to go up and down the hill. Fernando was a great and flexible host and let us stay longer, which was much appreciated

Really cute Pousada in the middle of the rainforest, very adventurous, super nice staff and the most beautiful view! Just be aware you need to hike up 20 min so you’ll need to have a backpack that’s not too heavy :)

Amazing place with ocean view. Very nice location in the nature. The only thing you need to know is that’s a 20min hike from the beach to get up.

“unique experience in the heart of the jungle”
The house itself is very unique as it is in the middle of the jungle with a view to the ocean . There was an open kitchen fully equipped which we used and liked. The staff were very helpful. One day before coming to the house I had a call in English where everything was explained to me including telling me what to bring and how to go up the trail . They highlighted that it is a hiking trail of 15 to 20 minutes . Fernando picked us up from the beach and took us to the house . He also helped us when we got lost in the jungle in the middle of the night and rain . In the morning Marilia makes coffe. It is quiet nice sitting in the terrace to enjoy breakfast or your own made meal. Overall it was a unique experience, but expectations need to be set clearly about staying in a jungle house .
