The location is excellent, quiet but near the center of Zabljak. The apartment is spacious and cozy, with the heating system you can regulate yourself. There are many towels and bedding sets and everything is very clean including the kitchen and bathroom. The host is available at any time if you need anything. The wi-fi signal is excellent.

Great view to the mountains, breakfast always with a view. Warm and cosy. Great location, very quiet but a 3min drive to Žabljak.

The home is very cute with two floors. I found it quite spacious for two people. The view is really nice and scenic and i loved sitting on the balcony. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are cozy. Our host Bosko was amazing, he was very helpful throughout our stay and gave us good recommendations. He was very thoughtful as we left our shoes outside during the night and it started raining and he put our shoes in the bag to stop them from getting wet. The location of the home is within walking distance to Zabljak city centre and only a few minutes drive.

the property is so close the the town, it’s a great place to read a book on the balcony looking out with no one over looking and also a great area to BBQ and have an alfresco dinner in the summer.

It is a nice place, calm and peaceful with a nice view on the village. Our host was very preventive, available and nice. He took time to share with us a lot of advices to organize and enjoy our time there. Thank you to him for this moment.

“Just outside Zabljak, a cosy and quiet wooden house to relax”

Our host explained perfectly well how to reach the house on the day we were driving there; unfortunately, we didn't have access to our cellphones and needed a bit of time to find the place. Once there, our host was very friendly and hospitable. He sent us by message all information needed to visit different places and where to find good restaurants. The house has two floors, the bedrooms being in the upper floor - one for the double bed and one for two single beds. Downstairs is a cosy living-dining room with a high table (chairs) and a low table and couch. The area is very quiet, just outside the center of Zabljak (5 minutes driving), with great views from all windows.

Bosko is a great host. He comunicated quickly, simple and sincerely. Bosko was very helpfull for us. We are gratefull for tasty figas and grapes from his garden. Houses are tidy and comfortable. Good location: in the nature, but not far from the town (~15-20 min. by the walk).  According to google maps directions, the road to houses was impassable, but Bosko responded quickly and helped us find the right way.

Wonderful house with a spectacular view. Very cozy inside and outside. Great place to relax or go for hiking! Strongly recommend. Landlord is a great man! very friendly and nice. I will certainly visit this place again.

The house is new, very clean and comfortable, placed in silent surroundings, with very nice view on meadows and hills. To Zabljak and to the Black Lake You can go through the forest. The Owner, Boško, was the best host of the best, helped us in everything, also before we came to Montenegro. Thank You one more time, Boško!

Excellent accommodation, almost new. An excellent access point for visiting the lake as well as the peaks of Durmitor. A true oasis of peace. All recommendations as well as for Boško, who was available and very kind and accommodating for any questions and help

Fansatic location, slightly outside of the town which has much better views and is only a short walk into the centre. Bosco was a lovely host and offered local advice and good restaurant recommendations. The chalet itself is beautifully finished and has everything you need. The kitchen is small but you can cook what you need to if you decide not to go into town. The view from the small balcony is the highlight and a lovely place for an evening drink or morning coffee!
